The U16 DSC Invaders will have alot of familiar faces.  However, there has been some new talent added to the squad. New coach, Kofi, welcomes an Orchard Park flavor along with a contingent from Clarence that bring alot of talent and experience to an already excellent travel team.  New goalie, Sarah M., is a strong keeper with a Quarterback’s mentality both in leadership and tougness.  Colleen R. is an excellent all-around player who comes to the team with a strong resume playing alongside long-time Invader Erin O. at Nardin.  Another Nardin and OP player is Mackenzie D.  Her last initial accentuates what Mackenzie brings to the Invaders- strong defense and timely offense.  From Clarence, comes Nicole L.  With a strong leg, she is an offensive talent and excellent leader on the field.  Her teammates at Clarence are Caitlin L., Jamie M. and Val N.  Jaimie is an experienced and talented player who can help the Invaders at any position.  Caitlin brings a great attitude and alot of toughness to the squad.  Val N. has family ties to the team.  She is a great all-around athlete and plays the game with a versatitly that will allow her to play numerous positions for the Invaders.  With Coach Kofi’s direction and the core of Invaders returning, the U16 squad is expecting no less than their 2007 accomplishments.  And, of course, much more.
